Build the audience from role and location.
Find. Connect. Call.
Use Employee Title in Campaign, connect on LinkedIn, send accepted connections to a call list, and use Stakeholder Monitoring to enrich phone data before the sales call.
Visit the profile and wait 1-3 days before connecting.
Accepted people move into the sales branch.
Accepted connections become a focused call list.
Enrich phone data and follow up from CRM.
Set up the broad B2B sales workflow.
This is the most general sales playbook: find the right roles, connect, and make accepted connections operational for phone follow-up.
-
01
Choose Employee Title + Location
After installation, add the lead source with the titles, country and market filters that define your target list.
-
02
Visit, then wait
Visit the profile first and wait 2 days before sending the connection request. That timing matches common live workflow defaults.
-
03
Send accepted people to a lead list
The accepted branch sends contacts to a lead list such as “Accepted connections - call” so sales can work from one queue.
-
04
Clean up old requests
The not-accepted branch waits 35 days and then deletes the connection request.
The call list is the outcome.
The campaign is successful when sales has a clean list of accepted, enriched people to call.
-
01
Enrich in Stakeholder Monitoring
Accepted contacts are added to monitoring and enriched, so phone numbers and company context can be used in the call.
-
02
Export or sync to CRM
Download the lead list or push it through your integration once the call owner is ready to follow up.
-
03
Call with LinkedIn context
Open with the fact that you connected on LinkedIn and are following up because of their role, company or responsibility.
Practical scripts.
Keep the LinkedIn part short. The phone call carries the actual sales conversation.
Simple invite
Hi [first name]. I can see that you work with [area] at [company]. I work with B2B leads and follow-up, so I thought it made sense to connect.
Queue name
Use a lead list name such as “Accepted connections - call” so the next action is obvious to sales.
Opening line
Hi [first name], it is [name]. We connected on LinkedIn. I am calling because I saw your role at [company] and wanted to ask how you handle [problem] today.
Install the call-list workflow.
The playbook installs the workflow. Add Employee Title + Location as the lead source after installation.
