Contact details: name, title, company, address, email and phone number.
Account and usage data: user ID, login events, user preferences, IP address, browser, device, timestamp, features used and usage volume.
Contract and payment data: subscription type, contract term and transaction details. Full card details are not stored by Coherta.
Coherta processes no special categories of personal data.
We process information on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent, where required.
This could include service delivery, platform improvements, abuse prevention, bookkeeping requirements, marketing emails, or non-essential cookies.
We only share personal data with trusted suppliers and sub-processors who process data on our behalf and under instruction, for example hosting, analytics, email distribution and payments.
For payments, recognised payment gateways are used via encrypted connections. Coherta does not store full payment card details.
