This playbook belongs lower in the funnel than a basic connect sequence. Use it when the search and offer are specific enough that a meeting request is reasonable.

    Paste a specific LinkedIn Search

    Use a search that already contains the right role, geography and company filters. Broad searches will create weak booking attempts.

    Screen before booking

    The ICP node uses a 70 threshold so realistic meeting candidates continue while weak matches stop.

  3. 03

    Set the booking window

    The installed Calendly node defaults to 09:00-17:00, at least 1 day ahead and no more than 14 days ahead.

  4. 04

    Add the Calendly details after installation

    The workflow installs the node structure. Add the actual Calendly link and booking note inside the installed campaign.
